We have 4 laying hens, 12+ chicks, 2 turkeys, 20+ Guineas, A guard dog (although the turkrys are like guards to the guineas), and 6 cats

Just 4 precious isa brown pullets. I purposely had my coop and run built to house no more than 8 chickens total so that I would not be a victim of chicken math

27 total currently, two roosters. Gold Laced Wyandottes, EE's, Brahama, Barred Rock, Speckled Sussex, Black Sex Link, Red Sex Link, hatchery Rhode Island Red, some mixes of some of those.

I currently have 19 in my flock right now because I thinned them down at the end of summer. What I have now will be used for breeding in 2021. I have Naked Neck's and Silver Grey Dorking's, with a rooster for each breed.
