I LOVE going to thrift stores! I find so much chicken stuff!!!!!!!!!!! I got this today!

What goes inside him???

thrift stores...garage sales(go to the richer neighborhoods and can get great stuff for cheap-at least around here) and flea markets... love them all

Love thrift stores. I'm addicted. Whenever i go to town, the whole trip is planned around when the thrift store opens.lol I have an addiction to Pendleton shirts and have found 8 of them at around 2-5 dollars. Sweet. I also pick up books, jeans, coats, boots and some movies. I also stop at all garage and yard sales. Love getting cheap lumber, windows,doors and misc materials for coops and sheds.

Here is an old sewing machine that we bought at a yard sale. I wish I had the before pic. It has been refinished, the sewing machine removed and DH made the tile top for it. Total cost: around $40 once finished.
Alot of my furniture has come from thrift stores. My dining room set is Henredon: table, 6 chairs, 2 leaves, sidebar and tabletop cover for $150 and it's gorgeous.

I collect silver. You would be suprised at some of the great items that I have discovered there. I keep a laptop on a jotodesk with a celluar card in it. I go outside with a snap shot of the hallmark and investigate. Iffin its valuable (or I just like it) I go inside and buy it.
