I haven’t tried peaches, and never watermelons, but I have done some peppers. With the peppergate deal last year, I ended up with peppercinis, which I did not want and so I ended up canning them. My mother does some sort of hot cinnamon and vinegar canning of watermelon rinds to snack on, it’s very interestingHomemade/garden grown is always so much better!
