Do you need to Worm Chickens? and how do they get worms ? HELP

    i never seen worms in the poop? is that the same typ of worm what i 'm looking for in dog poop?
    what should i look for ?
    do you have to do it ? and how can then get the worms?

    Worms will make your birds sick eventually eating all the nutrients and the bird gets a little and a day at a time the bird starves. You will see for sure in the stool worms just like in dog poop but not as large. Tape worms will be large but bird worms are smaller. If you see no worms, no blood and no symptoms like lazy, sickly, no energy then I would do something. The first thing to do would be to worm if it is present or take it to the vet.     Yes, all chickens will get worms if their feet touches the earth and they pick at real things like what crawls on the ground.
