Do you sell cleaned eggs or as is?

I only wash the ones I sell and only right before they go in the carton out to the person. The bloom helps them stay fresher longer and helps keep bacteria out. Our personal eating ones only get washed if I see obvious poop or something.

We never wash our eggs. The people we give them to are happy to have them that way. They seem to have a longer shelf life than when we washed them.

Unwashed eggs do have a longer shelf life. I do believe the Food Moderization and Safety Act is, if not already, in your area requiring eggs to be washed prior to sale. Especially at market. If people want unwashed I have them come to the farm to pick up.

Could you perhaps clean the dirty (with poo or dirty or feathers) eggs with a baby wipe? And leave all the rest (straight from the chicken but not dirty) unwashed?

Also, what about vinegar added to warm water, would that be similar to the enzyme wash?

same here I just use a damp cloth and put on a paper towel to dry.
