I just find it cruel to make them safe and cared for then kill them. I get really attached to my critters

I am happy somebody shares my views on chicken keeping, in my mind if you think it's cruel to kill a dog or cat or horse and eat it why would you think differently upon a chicken. They have just as much value in life. Now if they are seriously ill or injured to the point where I can't help them then it should be humanely put down and buried or burned. I like knowing I'm not the only one who sees it that way.

So you think it’s fair to quit loving a horse after it’s not rideable? Or a cow that can’t produce milk? I don’t consider that spoiling.

Really! Cool! Here’s my baby her name is tequila. She’s 17 and rides like a pro. She’s a rescue mare from a neglect case. I also got her friend named candy. Have you ever curled your horses hair?

Yeah I did my minis I have 4 horses including the mini and 2 are QH, 2 are rescued from neglect as well! My horses are 22 YO Percheron, 23 YO QH, 4 YO mini, And my best riding horse also white mare 19 YO quarter horse

I have no desire to eat dog, cat, or horse. The only issue I have with those that do is the living/harvesting methods. Meat is meat. I have no desire to eat bugs either, but no "ethical" point is ever brought up about that.
