Do you talk to your chickens?

I love talking to the roosters. We have 3 that get along well and in the morning when one sees me he crows. So I crow. Then the others crow, causeing the first on to crow. So I crow one more time and get them all going on who can crow louder and they crow and crow and crow. Then the neighbors dog starts to howl...
did I mention I do this at morning chore time around 6 a.m.

Doesn't everyone?? I have since I got them at two days old, so they would know who mama was.

They know when I yell come on girls that it is treat time.

Of course I do, they seem to understand me in a way all their own. I talk to them every day several times, and yes they talk back quite alot. I love my chicks and they love me.
