Do you think this a roo or a pullet?

Hello! I am hoping you can tell me if you think this one is a roo or pullet? 10-11 weeks old. I thought it was a pullet until today when I noticed it chesting and puffing up with my 3 year old hen and not backing down. It has started to walk taller and the comb is getting pretty red. Thanks for your response!

Hello! It was hatched between May 15th and 20th, so I believe almost 11 weeks. I thought it looked like a cockerel too. Thanks!
