Do Your Chickens Get Xmas Presents?

I'm going to bake my girls a seedcake, + I'm getting a silkie hen. (but that's not really a present for them )

What about you?
I know some people who would laugh at the idea.
And some who would laugh at the idea at not giving them gifts.

The same nutritious feed they get every day. Nothing special because they are very smart but don't know it is Christmas or who Jesus is.

They won't though, but one of them will do something cute and I'll reward them all.

I hope to get mine some seed mix with milo and raisins. They love to eat it out of my hands, so +extra bonding time! Unfortunately, I blew just about all my money on Christmas presents for humans.

It depends on the chicken really. I give each of my house chickens (two seramas) a special present. For the chickens outside I usually just give them a special homemade treat. Notice that I said treat not treats plural so not every chicken will get a lot of the treat.

You can treat them with scraps from your Christmas dinner table, ham, turkey, yams (not candied), etc..

I'd like to buy a chicken harness to bring them out of the coop more easily, but it will arrive in jenuary (it isnt sold in italy! )
So i'll Cook something good for them, i'll do some little works in the coop and maybe i could put some ornaments at the coop. Uhm, i think i could do some little diy Project for them, I'm going to search!
