If it's brand name Tylan powder then it's 2500-3000 mg tylosin per teaspoon.I don't know what type of Tylan it is but yes.... I don't syringe her the than though because it's too much to get in her so I let her drink what she wants.

This might be considered a massive over dose.If it's brand name Tylan powder then it's 2500-3000 mg tylosin per teaspoon.

She was running around her cage this morning.... I guess looking for a way out. I'm syringe feeding/making sure she's drinking, because she'll eat whatever I put in her mouth. She doesn't like when I hold her beak open for that but so she's been flying away and appears to be regaining strength.... I'm not sure how or why... Maybe the fluids and food I make her eat are helping? I have no idea why she seems to be stronger than a couple days ago. But she's moving around and flying a lot more. Also eating by herself so I hope.. I HOPE she's getting better but I'm not sure how because I don't think the medicine would have impacted her that much so quickly... Well she still seems sick but with signs of healing I guess so idmHow is your chick today?
They never called me back :l but she's feeling a LOT better she's flying, walking, rolling around in the dirt, aware, eating, still afraid of me because I've been forcing her to take her medicine so all of my chickens are running because if ONE chicken does it they all have to try it. Her breathing does seem a bit faster than the other girl but not super alarming... and it really only seems to be faster when she's stressed out for one reason or another. Now her breathing appears to be very calm like the other one.The medicines are making her feel better.
What did the vet say about the worms?
