I was supposed to have a dress made for me but the dressmaker (a friend) had broken her wrist. So, DH was wearing an Italian tuxedo, and I was wearing a simple dress from the neighborhood store. But, we're still going strong after 6 years.

So glad that you found someone who gets you and loves you for who you are! The wedding ceremony is honestly the least important part of a marriage - it's everything that happens *after* that matters. All the "little things". And sounds like you two are going to get the "little things" right. Congratulations!

Oh yes the boy's suit is Boss!! Hahaha. His outfit cost so much more than mine. My petticoat was about $50. My shoes were pricey! (Wedding shoes are a ***** to find cheap, you might as well buy designer and get quality for the same price, geeze). I got my dress offline from the UK and then had it altered because the nexk straps were SUPER thick (I halved them, seriously!) and it settled perfectly. Even the guy who altered it (at the Boss store!) said it was very lovely and I looked fabulous.

As for the dipping photo!! Our first kiss was actually a dip!!! Only problem was my husband missed and I slipped and flashed the entire wedding ceremony my whitegoods!!!

elizabeth your pictures are great.. i can see the sparkle in his eyes when he looks at you and all the love he has.. your a lucky woman to have a man love you like that.. cherish every minute you have together and stay healthy. now go eat a peanut butter and jelly sandwich and keep your weight up.

Wowwee!! Those are some amazing photos! You even got the cat to cooperate. You have lots of wonderful moments just taking the photographs, I'm sure the wedding is equally memorable. Love your dress and splashes of blue. You're absolutely beautiful and he's quite a catch too!
