Does anyone else feel like Dope slapping their SO sometimes

I went to the feed store today to pick up some supplies, right as you walk in the door they have the babies, chicks, ducks, and baby rabbits. I walk over to see what they have and they had the cutest Turken babies, black ones and buff ones. I reach in to hold one and one black baby jumps in my hand and looks me in the eye like it's saying mama please take me home, soooo like an idiot I call DH and tell him I'm bringing a new cute baby home, he tells me no that I've got 10 cute babies already home.

so I leave without the pretty little baby naked neck. I've been ill all afternoon. I know next time to not give any advance warning, he will just be surprise by a new baby in the brooder

I know the feeling...I forewarned with an evil eye this evening that I planned on trying my hand at hatching ducklings soon... Soooo don't tell him next time, just bring that baby home!!

NEVER give a husband the chance to say no! They will!!!! Get it and don't say a word. When they finally notice say "Oh, I got that a LONGGGGG time ago!!!!!"! LOL
