I am not usually around to tell who laid what. But I keep a daily log of eggs laid, feed, weather conditions, and anything else I consider notable -- like the day of the first 80 gram egg.
Not only is it interesting to look back at the records, but I figure monitoring their behavior is reassurance that my girls are healthy and content.
