yea, thats a pink Christmas Tree in front of their coop. Just found them a new storm door too!!! (in the trash, brand new!!!)

Mine are so bad that they have learned how to count

If I come around once with the blue feed can, they don't notice. BUT if I come around again with a blue feed can WATCH OUT! Usually the second time is for bird seed I've decided to share with them.

Oh, and I can't go anywhere near the barn with a bowl or a plate, no one has landed on me yet, but I'm waiting!

Fishnet1971 and Turken Lady, I now see that I am totally inadequate as a chicken mommy and must amend my ways.

I have a problem with the snow trail though, we almost never get snow and it melts really fast.............maybe I could take 'em mud-doggin'? I must revamp my paint scheme, remodel the nest boxes, and change my curtains(to block the winter winds) from stapled on feed sacks to pink satin. (Closes computer to go get started.................
