Does anyone go on vacation?

4-H is a great idea! There must be some 4-H families around who like animals, and maybe even know a little about chickens.

I went on a week long vacation and mine (22 chickens) were fine. I made a bucket waterer and feeder from 5 gallon buckets and a pig pan. They had more than enough food and water. I just left them in the coop all week with the window cracked.
