Does anyone have funny quirks about themselves like:

Sfw, I had to check where you are located to make sure you aren't my friend from work.

She would throw away pens that didn't have a cap.
We had another employee who would toss the caps for all pens.

We rarely had pens.

When I eat lucky charms I always save the "charms" for last. When I was little I would always pick the marshmellow's from the whole box and leave the cereal. For christmas this year my brother gave me a box of lucky charms with no marshmellows. He carefully opened they bag and picked out all the "charms" and left the cereal, then he ironed the bag back shut. I was the funniest gift ever. Somethings a brother never forgets.

My bedroom door must be shut and locked.
No lights on while sleeping.
I can't sleep with a hand or foot hanging off the bed. (cause something can get it if its off the bed)
Have to have cover when I sleep, even in hot weather.

Is it a bad sign that all mine have to do with sleeping?

These are all the same for me, and I like to keep my door shut and locked, except I also don't because what if I was like choking or something for some bizarre reason and my door was locked and no one could get in and save me?

I know, I worry about weird things.

If I clean anything, the very first crumb or the first wrinkle on the down comforter or the first spot on a mirror will put me round the bend... It just absolutely makes me insane.... so I don't clean

It would be funnier if it weren't so true

I hate, hate, driving over bridges.... seriously, seriously bridge-o-phobic. I have gotten to the point after 25 years of driving that I can cross the Golden Gate, but I will NEVER, ever drive on the Bay bridge again. After the Loma Prieta earthquake and all those cars falling into the bay, I have had nightmares for years. They showed that clip over and over again. I mean... do you roll your windows down or up???? Do you jump out of your car???? AHHHHHHH... it just gets me sooooo freaked out just thinking about it. And now they have had all those problems that they can't seem to fix right... oh yeah.. I am NEVER driving on that bridge again.

Toothpaste cap must be put back on after using.

TP goes over the top or I will change it and ask who put it on wrong!!! DH just puts the roll on the counter top, and I put it on the roller the next time I'm in the bathroom, that way he never does it wrong!

Cheese grater must be washed and put away immediately after using...no excuses! This one will put me in a bad mood for hours!

I always close my mouth when going across a bridge with a top... if it happens to collapse while I am on it, I might bite my tongue off....like it would really matter at that point!!!

I don't walk through the house in the dark...my toes will scream "Turn the light on!!!"

I used to jump into the bed from as far away as I could...I too think that something might grab my leg and drag me under the bed. I have gotten better about this, maybe it is only because I will turn the TV on, make sure the remote is on the bed before I turn the light off. Then there is enough light to save me from the creature that lives under beds.
Once it is dark, I don't get out of bed again until it is light out, or I will turn the TV back on so there is some light in the room.

I color co-ordinate my hangers with the clothes.

No one bridles and saddles my horses but me, and if I ride someone else's horse, I bridle and saddle that one too.

I'm sure there are many more, but I can't think of them right now.

I thought of another oddity of mine. I type up whole posts and then decide to not post them.... regularly! About one in three is never submitted.

I admit that since I became a house wife I have a certain way and day I do things and anything out of the norm does make me a little uptight but I thought that was normal.

The one thing I do that I think may be odd is I MUST have one foot uncovered while asleep. DH says he can try to wake me in the mornings and sometimes the only way he can do that is to get my son to make noise or to COVER MY FOOT. I can not sleep with both feet covered. Forget about me ever wearing socks to bed. The thought makes me

I guess that s a little odd.
