ide say buff orpingtons, black australorps, umm barred rocks. now some get noisy and some dont really, depends on the individual chicken if you wanted a chicken breed lol

Muscovies with clipped wings

its very easy to clip wings (its like a hair cut).

You can try pekin ducks we had some that were pretty good and they are larger and do not fly

I think pekins tend to be pretty loud. Like hear them from my barn an acre and a half away loud.
