This is a friend of mine's rooster and i think he might be a spangled Allen Setter? im not really sure though as i only raise silkies! so any ideas on it would be appreciated! THANKS!!!

Never hear/seen that breed. Searched it on Google, only got 2 feathersite photos, but it looks like one to me, so I think you're right

On Feathersite's rooster legs are slate .This one's look yelow.To me he is mixed breed and if the comb is Pea he has EE blood
