There is writing on the back...but it's in a blue ink pen. I have no idea what it means either. I'll take it down and see what it says again.

OK...not in blue ink pen. Pencil and it either says:

C 2423 or C2 x 23

OH!!!! After looking, my bf and I figured out that the same person who wrote the signature, wrote the numbers on the back.

It ALSO appears to be a man's handwriting and it slants upwards to the right.
