Does anyone know why an egg has spots on the outside sometimes?

I didn't like eggs at all until I got my perfectly imperfect and beautiful eggs w/spots and different sizes

So very jealous that you get enough eggs to actually fill up a carton.

That carton was from when I only had my 8 Rhode Island Reds, you've got 6 so should be getting more eggs soon.

They lay the most when they really like the treats and when the bedding is cleaned

(I hate to count how many I have now and most are not laying for the first time yet, its nearing 100... and the Embden goose laid an egg yesterday after I took the ducks out of the goose pen/barn!)
