Does anyone weigh their eggs? is it even possible?

Just now im after candling my six eggs ( and throwing away 3 rotten ones )(2 fairly sures, one maybe left ), and i noticed a weight difference when i was picking them up. I even did a very non scientific experiment of picking up a random egg and guessing if it is rotten inside ( by candling ). Im just wondering would it be an alternative? Weighing?:/ My eggs are two days over due anyway, so it would probably only be a last few days thing.

I weigh the eggs before I set them and once or twice during incubation to see how much water they're losing to assess proper humidity.
