The current COVID-2019 can't affect chickens it's a new strain it mainly found in Bats

Other side avian bronchitis happen due to corona virus in chicken and it found in all animals birds

Strange you get such different news where you live. Here they told another story. Something about not believing medics and pressure to hold still, not wanting to cause hysteria.
I don't think Xmass is so important to China and some other parts of the world.

News is different everywhere. They should just call it what it is: media. It is not "news" it is entertainment. I watch the news every morning and I do feel myself loving a story about a squirrel water skiing. It isnt news but it makes you feel better about all the death and destruction you heard about.

A common ancestor is not the same thing as the same virus. All nucleotide-bearing entities have a common ancestor if you look back far enough!
I can only provide what the current information states about the novelty of this virus. It's not a matter of opinion or argument. It's just a fact. It's a novel virus with a very recent common ancestor. It's not something to agree or disagree on, it's just not the same as SARS. The very link you posted contains this information.
