Does farm raised pork taste better then store bought pork???

I like mine from the store...I might be a bit biased...that pork pays the bills...actually it never gets to the store...we get it straight from the slaughter plant

Yes! We got a 1/2 pig and 1/4 cow from a cousin's farm last year. There is NO comparison to store bought.

I like the flavor and quality of home-raised best only if pork (and beef) are corn fed, otherwise, I'd have to say I don't care for it.

Absolutely! Like a home raised chicken egg and a storebought egg. No comparison.

HOME raised is far better IMHO But if you buy a hog from somebody be careful. Some people raise GARBAGE hogs and that is what they taste like too. Also check out the butcher. There is nothing worse than to get your meat back to find that they basically ruined the hams and bacon because they didn't do em right!!!!
