Does he have a neurological issue? Please help!

I did look in his ears, there wasn’t much, but stuck in the feathers was a wood chip. Could that have caused it?
No, I am not. :( I love my little guy. No crows or saddles, 16 weeks.
That could've been the cause of his problem, seeing as once you removed it the problem stopped. It could've just been irratating, and not knowing what else to do he tried to shake and scratch at his head in order to get it off! He doesn't look to be for sure a roo, in fact he looks like a hen to me. I just looked up pics of Dominiques and the hens can have red combs sometimes and roos tend to have long tail-feathers that have a curl in them.

He was a she. I was just in denial.
