He does it for longer and more intensely, backing up and shaking his head. It’s not a great video, I know.

Update! He stopped. He’s fine now. Thanks for the help! He’s a cute little guy.Look for mites or drainage in his right ear. He might have an ear infection or ear mites. Try a QTip with some hydrogen peroxide into the ear canal and look for gunk or mites. Plain Neosporin, petroleum jelly, or mineral oil can be used in the ear canal.
