Does he have a neurological issue? Please help!

He does it for longer and more intensely, backing up and shaking his head. It’s not a great video, I know.
 
Look for mites or drainage in his right ear. He might have an ear infection or ear mites. Try a QTip with some hydrogen peroxide into the ear canal and look for gunk or mites. Plain Neosporin, petroleum jelly, or mineral oil can be used in the ear canal.
Update! He stopped. He’s fine now. Thanks for the help! He’s a cute little guy.

Glad to hear he's doing better, did you try anything suggested in the thread? Are you not allowed to have roos in your area?
I did look in his ears, there wasn’t much, but stuck in the feathers was a wood chip. Could that have caused it?
No, I am not. :( I love my little guy. No crows or saddles, 16 weeks.
