Does infectious bronchitis produce permanent carriers?

Does infectious bronchitis produce permanent carriers? Anyone's help is much appreciated.

I'm almost certain it does, but oddly I can't find a statement that it does. I did find something on disinfecting between flocks to prevent spread, though, which certainly indicates that infected birds remain carriers:

IB does not produce permanent carriers. It is temporary, usually several weeks.
