Does my duckling have a niacin deficiency?

I was looking at other posts and I saw that my duck might have a niacin deficiency. But I wanted to see if I’m correct and this is what it looks like? (See video link at bottom!)
It’s legs are fine, and it can move them very well and strongly, it just can’t seem to keep it’s balance! His head wobbles a lot and he can’t seem to walk straight.
Any help or advice is appreciated, I’m a first time duck owner! I was given this duck so I want to help it the best I can!
I also have no idea what breed it is either, so any help with that would be awesome as well!
Thank you!!

If that one were mine I would get some vitamin B complex for cattle and give it about 0.1 ml a day orally for a few days. That does not look like a niacin deficiency but it does look like it might be a thiamine deficiency. Either way, the b complex for cattle will treat both if that's what it is.

I think I might also give this one some vitamin e.

From what all I've read - especially on this site - giving your duckling Vitamin B-complex is pretty much the go to move. You apparently can't overdose them on it (sort of like if human have more vitamins than we need they just go out with our waste).

That said, if I'm misinterpreting "can't OD" please somebody correct me.

Oh and that little baby is adorable!

you would not want to give duckling that size more than 1/4 ml.

Thank you! I gave him some niacin supplements with his feed and water, Because I feel like that wouldn’t hurt right? He’s eating basic chick starter feed right now, as it’s all I have on hand. Not medicated, as I told that wasn’t good for ducks! And I also put chick starter electrolytes into the water! Would that help too?

What a precious little one, can you flatten the towel out more so it doesn't have to walk over the hills lol
I bumped it up on purpose because when it was all flat, as the duckling had trouble staying upright! With the bumps, it leans on them to keep itself upright. He does stumble on them a bit, but I found he prefers the bumps vs the completely flat. Especially when he tips over and lands on his back. He uses his feet to grip the ground and flip himself back over. With the bumps, he can grip it better to flip himself.
