Does my lavender Ameraucana look like a pullet or a roo?

Hi All,

I am wondering if I could get opinions on if my little Ameraucana chick is a pullet or if it is a roo. Hatched March 22, the pic is from April 20. This chick is leaner bodied with more tail feathers then its hatchmate I got at the same time. Both were "feather sexed" and had two distinct rows of feathers in their wings when their wing feathers started coming in. Any comments are greatly appreciated.

Here is the other chick, who is thicker bodied with a shorter tail. I think this is a pullet going by the sexing your EE thread. I am thinking ameraucanas are close enough to EE to be able to use some of the same rules of thumb.

Thank you!

Ok, here are the new pics that I got today. Any opinions are great!

First is the one that I was questioning. Mainly because the body is thinner then the other chick and the tail is longer/more upright in carriage.

This is the hatchmate chick that I am pretty sure is a pullet for comparison..

Thanks so much!

Thank you, I really appreciate your taking a look. I sure hope you are right. If I do have a roo that is ok too, I can keep him where I live. I just have been looking forward to the day that I get those blue eggs!
Hee hee hee, I am typing this with a barred rock/EE chick sitting on my shoulder.
