Does the beards mean Rooster

Hello Does the beards on these EE mean rooster ? What kind of silkie is this ?

To my understanding, when it comes to chickens, girls get to have beards, too. Unless I'm mistaken, the Silkie looks like a Partridge coloration, but I'm sure someone with more knowledge than me can confirm or deny both of those.

All, or at least most Easter Eggers are bearded both rooster and hen, but from the looks of it, both of those Easter Eggers are hens, how old are they? That is a Partridge Silkie. Have a great evening and God Bless!
