does anyone know which breed my 2 chooks are
Ninja the black one has had a haircut and a beard cut lol
Lemon has not yet

They look like Easter Eggers to me. Do they lay? If so, what colour are their eggs? Where did you get them?

I think they are mixed breeds. Saying they are Easter Eggers give you hope of a possible blue egg. They resemble an either Easter Eggers or Olive Eggers (mixed breeds). The color of their egg could help.

Lemon is big brown
Ninja is smaller oliveish

I'm gonna go with 100% barnyard mix. Lemon looks like she probably has brahma and maybe legbar in her background. Ninja probably has ameraucana or Easter egger somewhere in her ancestry. Australorps and black sexlinks are some of the most common black hens, jersey giants too I think.
