Does this look like IB (Infectious Bronchitis) Pics!!!

This just showed up today. I cleaned it off this evening but the eye had a yellow crust and a slight yellow crust/discharge was coming out of the nostril on the same side. Any ideas on what this is and how I treat it would be greatly appreciated.

Anybody have any ideas? She seems to be acting normal other than the eye injury. Maybe she just hit her eye on something?

I'm afraid it looks like a type of respitory illness. Can't say what type for sure with out a throat swab. Any yucky smell coming from the face....
Respitory illnesses are viruses that do not leave the affected bird and can pass easily to others. To treat her discomfort you can give injections under the skin of Tylan 50 cattle medication I find at TSC. 1/2 cc twice a day for 3-4 days. Clean out the puss from the eye, press on the roof off mouth to dislodge puss from nostrils. Do a search on respitory illness so you know the bag of worms this intails...... Best wishes

Do you have other chickens? Are any of them coughing, sneezing, or making weird sounds? You may have an injured or infected eye, a respiratory disease which can be bacterial, viral, or other. Before you start medicating you might keep trying to find out the cause. There are different drugs for different illnesses, even the different respiratory diseases. Salmonella can cause pus drainage from an eye, but also other things. Isolate this bird from your otheres until you can figure it out. The drug you mentioned Tetroxy HCA could be tetracycline hcl. which is a common drug to treat mycoplasma and CRD (chronic respiratory disease) in chickens.
