Does this look normal???

I am very new to raising chickens but I think something maybe wrond with their eyes, my husband thinks it's normal. I posted pics on my facebook and put it to where everyone can see so hopefully you that are experienced can take a look and give me some input

thanks guys, we are very new to this. We got 12 from a guy my husband works with. All but one was supppose to be hens but I think the majority may be roosters

Thanks sourland. Maybe I ought to post pics of all of them and we can play name that chicken rooster or hen, lol I knew the one in the back ground was a roo. His name is Jackie and he's the only one crowing but he is the oldest too. He's almost five months
