Does this look safe? Any flaws that you can see so I can fix them!

If the hardware cloth is attached on the inside it can be pushed in easily. I would be getting some furring strjps. Screwing them in pinning the hardware cloth between them and the existing wood will help a ton.

More latches on the run doors shown to the left of the coop down low. One door has it but the others need it. They look like slide bolt latches. Racoons can operate that kind.

These used with a carabinger work well.

Also secure any door on the coop the same way including the nest box lid.

The slide bolt locks are different, they kind of like lock, hard to explain. I did get lazy and only put one on the other doors, I will put them top and bottom now. The nesting box has a weird key locking thing, it is hard for me to open, so I am confident in that. I will take pictures and post.

I agree about furring strips, screwed in, for the hardware cloth. Mine has 2"x4" woven wire fencing over the hardware cloth for added security.
Any latch that a child can open is easy for a raccoon! Upgrade all of them.
If you can push the coop or run around, so can a big dog. Is it all bolted to the concrete? That framing looks flimsy to me.
Adding electric fencing would be a good idea.

Welcome to BYC!!

Is there an anti-dig apron around the base?
Good examples of apron installation, tho I'd not recommend 1/2" HC...go with 14ga 1x2 or 1x1, will hold up much longer and is easier to lay flat.

Not about 'safe', but 'healthy'.
How many birds in there?

Yes, WELCOME! It's very cute, but will be tricky to manage. There's not enough ventilation in the 'coop' section, IMO. Will you be crawling into that run? Unfortunately, I think there are better designs, so I do hope this works out for you.

I have not installed the hardwire to the ground yet. I live in new jersey in a neighborhood and currently have 2 hens and a rooster (who will be leaving soon) was debating on getting another hen or not.
