1 part flax seed 34x1= 34

divided by 8=15.25% protein... Ok if you sprout to increase protein.. I personally am concerned about the amino acid Methionine.. Which is found in meats and some in BOSS. How much boss is in the bird seed mix?? Also I personally would add minerals, and probiotic. Some kelp too..
The supplement (The one with fish oil) looks OK to me.. Personally I would bit the bullet and buy a bag of fish meal instead...
