Our mutt Fiona hates the rain! We had a yellow lab who hated the rain but loved to swim in pools and ponds, go figure

right, and some dogs aren’t totally freaked out by thunderstorms either. or gunshots in the distance(firing range down the road) or fireworks on apparently every holiday now ( they used to be just for 4 July. I actually heard some on Christmas this year) like mine is

Frozen rain, yes. But no going out unless it's a walk in wetness. Nevermind the fact that he has a natural double layered coat.
