Lot of dry dog food sold, check the tag most have lots of grains in them.

Mine likes to wait for the rabbits to spill food and eats it all up, with poop of course. As long as it's unmedicated, it won't hurt them.

The poop situation today was interesting....the poor guy looked uncomfortable all day, & made a lot more piles than usual...didn't look like the usual little white stools that I'm used to either. My puppy eats any kind of chicken/duck feed we have, but he loves layer crumble.

My pomeranian Chihuahua mix loves sneaking some. We can always tell when he gets into it because his hair gets silky soft everytime. Maybe a coincidence but everytime he does his hair looks brushed and silky. go figure.

My male got into a bucket of feed that I was about to put in the chicken's feeder & ate about 2 or 3 cups worth of it before I saw (& screamed at) him. This should be interesting in a few hours as he "processes" it.

Ah, dogs. Anyone else ever have this happen?

I have a king Shepard who has dont the same since I got chickens!
