some have answered but need more information what do i put on torn skin one said an antibiotic please help

That does look extensive. I'd rinse it with some warm water, or saline if you've got it, just to get any debris off of it.
Let her rest over night, keep her in a warm place, let her start to get over the shock.
Tomorrow see if she's eating and drinking, then you can clean further and apply some antibiotic.
The neo pain relief cream I have says methylparaben..google says it's an anti fungal...not sure what the pain relief ingredient is.

thank you for the response. My son didn't want to kill her and no one else here to help. she is one of his first hens about 3 yrs old there his babies (even thou hes 18 now) she is resting but has been up walking . should i hold off on the antibiotic sauve?

my daughter just called she has saline solution is bringing it over. i hope it dont make her go crazy. ill warm it to luke warm

I'm no expert, but that looks pretty extensive. Do you have a vet you could take her too? I wish I had more answers for you.

Saline rinse can help clean out debris, and then we use Rooster Booster wound spray. Never have treated anything that bad before, though I have heard of others using the spray successfully on deep wounds. If you don't have quick access to something like that, I have used neosporin on minor wounds on chickens, though don't know if you can use it on a wound that large.

The main thing at this point is you will want to guard against infection. Clean it out with sterile saline and then protect the open wound to keep flies, etc. out of it. I would suggest bringing the hen inside and putting her in a clean safe place. You need to get some sort of antibiotic cream or ointment on it as soon as possible. If the vet is an option, I would seek professional help. Otherwise, just get something like Rooster Booster at your local farm supply store or order it overnight on Amazon.

Also, I recommend mixing a 1/2 cup honey, 2 cloves of garlic, and 2 tablespoons ACV in a gallon of water and providing the injured hen that. You'll have to warm the water to dissolve the honey, and then cool it again before giving it to her.

shes still alive! heading to store now to get more cream. this is going to be s long haul. she did open her eyes form my son.so she knows him yet. what is the AVC i will go get her some in morning

CV is Apple Cider Vinegar. Make sure to get an organic kind that says "with the mother" meaning the mother culture of bacteria. It will fill her gut with good bacteria to help her fight off any bad bacteria. I use Bragg's organic.
