I dont wanna sound rude or anything.
You have know idea what a good responsible ethical breeder is. You arent sure what you are looking for in a dog.
You need to do a lot more research i will link a ethical Golden Retriever breeder list that has tons of info on ethical breeders.

I am going to contact them about the health testing and see what they say about it.

Please, please don't get a dog from them. Temperament and instincts (drive, etc) are everything for what you're wanting, and if they're genetically not present, nothing you can do to fix. Nothing I see there says they will have have the proper temperament and drive, and they may be plagued with health issues. Embark / DNA testing isn't all you need, you also need OFA testing (CHIC numbers, etc).
