Kye jumped on top of the wolf, but she shook him off. "Your husband is dead Lavinia!" He growled, desperate to distract the wolf. Lavinia stopped biting scrouge and whirled around, mouth open in shock. Kye took the chance and lept for her throat. Lavinia dodged and ran away. "You will pay!" She howled as she took off.
