No such threats made. Cop I'm talking to indicates he thinks something is amiss and that detailed records are being kept on his end.
Praying for you, @centrarchid. This has become harassment to a criminal level and I hope you get the legal support you need before ... Well, before anything bad happens.
Is it time for you to file charges? Restraining orders?

The following fleshes out the fun occurring this morning.
We got up a little late because house so cold. Lucy was growling about on bed and Pup Pup was barking in her box on front porch. I dressed and went to see Honey halfway to barn barking frantically and could hear Flo in barn doing the same. Then I saw the cause; two large dogs were inside the barn perimeter throwing themselves at the paddock fence trying to get at sheep and goat. I left gate open late last night. Goat just stood there on other side of fence watching the dogs trying to get at her. The dogs were a large male Rotwieller/Bull Mastiff x German shepherd looking dog and nearly black “female” husky. I released Pup Pup and she immediately ran down to be with Honey. The other dogs then met mine about halfway and on outside of gate where they commenced fighting. The larger dog put Pup Pup on retreat to north but Lucy got that big dog from behind and surprised him with a couple nips. He turned around to counter when he got nipped again by Pup Pup. The big dog ran home after that. Pup Pup came back and helped Honey force husky back into barnyard area where the husky started running around barn. That is when I released Flo and she went right at husky not respecting it barking and snapping. Flo dominated while Honey and Pup Pup denied its ability to retreat other than back into a corner. At this time I was yelling / cursing at neighbors telling them and southern part of county that the dogs are after my sheep and are to be removed now. I called Flo back where she and Pup Pup kept the husky cornered. Honey positioned herself behind her daughters and watched. I did some more unpleasant vocalizing and stepped it up once neighbor came across property. I was madder than a hatter and let him know it. Behind him and just barely across fence his girlfriend came across apparently to retrieve the bigger dog that got some courage with her present. There was a little confusion between the two neighbors as they worked to handle that dog. Then I told the dude he had five minutes before I get rifle and start shooting dogs going after my animals. He asked to approach to get dog and I said yes and that he was already trespassing with his dogs to do so. His dog came to him an let neighbor grab her by the scruff to be picked up. That effort appeared very unpleasant for both. I did not help other speak to calm my dogs. After he got is dog across the fence we spoke for a couple minutes. Initially his only concern was his dogs did not kill any chickens. I had to inform him again and point out the larger animals the dogs were after. Even then it did not seem to register with him. I then said “keep the dogs out, I did not buy this land so you can let your dogs run amok on it.” His response was “did they hurt anything?” and I said “does not matter, they were harassing my stock, so next time I will do no yelling, just shooting your dogs!” Then I told him again to get the dogs out.
I then walked my dogs to house to cool everyone down. Lucy was posting gate in case anyone tried to get by I guess.
A little later as I was getting ready to leave the county sheriffs department called related accusation that I threatened to shoot neighbor as my gun was locked and loaded. That was called in by the neighbor’s girlfriend. I was so incensed by that I became unpleasant to the police officer causing him to discontinue the conversation. The girlfriend was the main driver of the drama last time.
Later I called the sheriffs office back and gave my take and apologized for blowing up at him.
I've never filed charges before. I can get monies for loss of animals if happens again. I screwed up this morning on the trespassing part I think. I would like to restrain him and his girlfriend from coming over for any reason. Do not know how to proceed with that.

Is it time to contact an attorney! What's happening with Animal Control? This situation is out of control, so sorry. Makes me angry just hearing about it, awful!

I think I can do it without a blood sucker. We have no animal control in our county.
