I think this is better photograph. Not person I thought it was, rather his significant other and she has been lots of fun too.

Deputy talked to her and she admitted coming across to look for her dog that was / is missing. If that becomes true, then it was not me.

Officer said there is a well-documented history but filing charges will be decision of someone in main office. If that is established as pattern this is what will be making the trapping of dogs very difficult because they may be able to come over to retrieve dogs with impunity if no charges are to be filed for trespassing.

Shooting dogs may yet be course of action and then I will be subject to retribution. Now that cameras are known, they will be far less effective.

This is not looking good.

I went out to tidy sign following direction of deputy. As I approached fence a male voice started repeatedly yelling #@%$-you my "last name". Then lobbed a few insults related to charge of trespassing. I endured that for a couple of minutes before responding in a calm voice saying the dog issue is ongoing. Most details will be left out although we did get to less agonistic exchanges (all from him). I made certain he was aware and had picture evidence of recent incursions by his dogs (I did not tell him they were submitted to the deputy via email). He indicated his huskies were not coming across. I stated I had pictures most recently from last night where at least two are coming across. He was also of opinion his Rottweiler cross was not an issue causing me to indicate that dog was one of those bouncing off fence trying to get at sheep and goat. I have to keep restating these things. With him I might be able to make headway, but his significant other is the one that seems to fire things up although not directly with me.
