Dog poop and chickens

The area I'm going to have my chicken tractor in is also the area that my dogs use as a bathroom. Will it hurt the chicks if they ingest some of the dried dog poop that is laying around?

I'm not a professional, but the only problem I could think of is worms. But if they are in the same general area, they will be exposed to the same parasites anyway I would think, so no big deal because most everything has parasites that do not infest to cause a problem. They would probably prefer to eat grass and stuff rather than poo, so I never thought about it being a concern. Maybe someone else has a better answer.

My chickens graze in the minefield regularly. They don't touch the mines. I guess they are pickier that I thought.

Everything I've seen says that most parasites are animal specific- so, the things that get your dogs sick probably wouldn't hurt the chickens, and vice versa.
