Alrighty, y'all. I'm gonna butt in and try and clear this up.
@Youngfarmer2019, *please* don't *leave* leave just yet. Being a bit of an outsider to the conversation that just happened, I want to kinda try and clean this up.
First off, as far as I can tell, nobody's actually mad at anybody else. I think certain people are more passionate than others and unfortunately having a written conversation can make passionate look like angry. Doesn't mean anybody is, it just means that it can cause problems. (Tip that I personally find helpful: LOTS of emoji will soften just about anything you say.

)
Second,
@Youngfarmer2019 isn't shaming anybody's dogs nor are the rest of you shaming hers. Y'all are sharing opinions. Sorta like I said I don't like little dogs. None of y'all got offended by that, even though some of y'all disagree. My personal opinion: maybe
@Youngfarmer2019 shouldn't have said pitbull if she had realized it could be a problem, but, now she knows and she can make the decision not to in the future. The rest of y'all: I see no problem with mentioning your concerns with what she said. I agree with your concerns, actually, I personally would have just been a little more obvious that I wasn't judging.
Amen, again, sister!
It is.
Agreed, again. I have met a number of pits and pit mixes and they are the sweetest pups in the world. They have a bad rap and even the most balanced of people can get a bad impression.
In this case, I believe pit mixes count.
