To add on Denver was from a accidental litter that a friend of ours had. I was able to meet both of the parents, the father was purebred for sure being registered under that by AKC. And the mom had DNA testing that showed she was pure.

I definitely dont have top of the line amazing pedigreed world champions.
I love both my dogs and even if they were mixed i wouldnt care because they are mine.

But everyone thinks that when they care about there dogs a ton.
You get so attached and love them as soon as they touch your hands!

The point was what a breeder is.

It's in reference to the insinuations that I hadn't met the breeder of my ASCA Aussie.

At first i was thinking Tucker was a mix his body type and everything looked as if he had Irish Setter in him. And then looking up Irish Setter/ Golden Retriever mixes, it definitely looked like him. Then i saw cocker spaniel/GR mixes and i said he could be mixed with that to. But the test says purebred GR, the vet thinks hes purebred GR and other GR breeders say the same.

Exactly where lineage and pedigree in.

Then we know more about the dog's lineage.
I'm not worried about some fancy kennel, but I am worried about the animals health and history!

Case in point; my Malimutt inherited the CCR disorder and brain tumor that is a potential defect of Malamutes, even though you could see zero influence of Malamute in her litter mate. Was the gene for coloration carrying the other two traits?

Mine are the best dogs in the world!

My wife's last dog was the best dog in the world, but that doesn't mean that he didn't have a few shortcomings.

My current dog is great and more than acceptable, even with the additional shortcomings my wife's last dog didn't have.

Her current dog is awesome and does the best that he can when we consider the baggage he carries from being badly abused for his first 18 months.
He's presumed to be an Aussie based on all his physical and mental attributes, which includes not harassing livestock.

So, if a kennel is advertising a stud that doesn't conform to that specific breed kennels specifications, maybe we shouldn't do business with them?

I just found a small breed of dog i actually love besides Cavaliers!
Its the Cairn Terrior!
