Embark is the only accurate one. Wisdom is second most but even that one is pretty wrong.I don't trust genetic testing. I've seen too many that were completely wrong.

Yes definitely, especially the ACD. He got the bentley mark and everything, lol. He really looks like a GSD when he is in profile. And a chihuahua when he is angryI can see the pit and cattle dog right away lol

Save up! owner training is not cheap! Most rescue dogs have either behaviour or health issues or both! What you are paying for when buying a purebred is low (really low) chance of health and behaviour issues and a low wash out rate. Its going to cost you more to get a rescue train it for a year or so then find out it washes outYeah we would love to get a purebred from a reputable breeder but we just can’t afford it the only reason we were going to be able to afford her is right now all adoption fees are waived.
I hate when they spay so earlythats really young to spay! good luck! I hope it works out rescues have really high wash out rates![]()
There is a shelter i found that for puppies you have to sign a contract and once they are 1 and a half or 2 they have to come in to be spayed/neutered.they probably want no chance of accidentally litters or people breeding from the dogs
Unfortunately there are unethical rescues/shelters just like breeders
I would still advise waiting until 2 years old![]()
My aunt spent 2,500 dollars on 2 rescues for normal training. Then on her pit mix and extra 500 because she was so reactive.Save up! owner training is not cheap! not just money but time and effort! Its really hard to train a AD on top of a having a disability
25,000+ (is the price for a fully trained AD/SDMy aunt spent 2,500 dollars on 2 rescues for normal training. Then on her pit mix and extra 500 because she was so reactive.
I couldnt imagine how much money it would be to send in a dog for AD or SD training.
its great that she is! Natural alerting is rare! Public access is most of the trainingAlthough Denver i didnt even train and she is still alerting me.
