I first heard of it last year I think. It doesn't seem illogical, but I don't know. We can both agree that it is not ethical however

The one dog I've had that got pyo had a few accidental back to back pregnancies...Supposedly, having back-to back pregnancies lessens the risk of the female developing pyo. Now, am I an expert in this topic, no. This is just what I have read. Still doesn't make back-to-back breeding ethical though

If your a registered breeder here you are not allowed to have a third back to back litter and your dog has to have a two year break after having two litters back to back.

Doodle breeders mostly but ive seen shepherds, retrievers, collies all amish or puppy mill type but they are breeding back to back. But there is a farm that is breeding goldens and they have bred back to back 3 times now. And the mom is a outside dog. Its sad.Mostly doodle breeders, from what I've seen. Not surprising at all
