Tucker never fully sleeps, unless he is on my lap, or right next to me.... he is always on high alert. But always so full of energy. Him not sleeping cant be good..

Thats not good, the amount of exercise he needs is a lot as well!

i try to make it 3 hours a day of exercise. I did a bunch of mental work with him today. I hid toys had him find them. In a bit im going to hide treats have him find them. Plus the puzzle toys. Fetch.
His vet appointment is coming up so im going to ask then.

Another hour of running around and nose work. Tucker still hasnt slept. He slept for 3 hours today at a max.

Im building a small backyard agility course. Hopefully to help Tucker. I made the jump wings tonight out of wood we had laying around.
Tucker finally is sleeping after more running. I think activity of me doing stuff today adds up to 4 and a half hours with Tucker. Plus him pacing around the house, playing with Denver, and randomly bringing me toys to throw.

How old is he? Have you tried a day with all most no exercises? Definitely talk to your vet, needing 3-4 hours a day to be able to sleep is not normal

is he crate trained?

He turned a year old on November.
I have tried a day of almost no exercise(the day it was to cold to be outside), he was constantly up, but did sleep a bit more. He is crate trained i just put him in there and he is sleeping.

He also did super well at the jumps. He is jumping 12 in no problem. I didnt push it any higher, maybe thats why he is sleeping
