He’s on his side throwing up and struggling to breathe now. Don’t know why this is happening on a day like this. It is Australia Day today and I may need to cancel all plans for him. I trust Gods decision. If it happens now then it happens. I’m used to the feeling after losing my other one 2 months ago. Please pray for him.

It’s normal. He had it his whole life and now it is worse. I am praying he survives and he’s just sick and will get well. A 20 year old dog is crazy. 14 years is about average lifespan so this may be it

He needs to see a vet, if there are any available today. It seems my dogs always get sick on a holiday or weekend too. I'm sorry.

He’s to big to take him there even if i could. His eyes are blue and he isn’t blinking. He’s breathing heavily. Yesterday when I checked on him in the morning he was sitting around the side of my house. I came back he was still there. He stayed there all day but then it started raining so I dragged him undercover. And gave him milk for calcium for his bones. He also had food and water there. He started throwing up this morning. I have a nearby vet but I will need one to come over. I cant do it and I feel guilty for it but I do not believe he will be okay. He’s is reaching the end the road now but I’m praying I’m wrong.

Sadly, he passes 3 hours ago. I feel a little happy for him as he was in pain and he lived a long life compared to my others that were cut short from snakes. I’m gonna buy a new dog for my little dog so I can have puppies now. Thank you everyone for helping but the suffering has ended and now my chickens will be safe other than hawks.
