At a quick glance id stay clear of it but i have my own opinion

I only use dog food advisor for the ingredient list nothing else.

There is a lot of added minerals and vitamins. Which some are needed not all as normal other ingredients have them.
The biggest thing is peas and sweet potatoes arent the best and i think are linked to DCM
Anything after salt has barely any nutritional value though. So the carrots, pumpkin and cranberry along with the taurine(which is important in the diet)

The rice doesnt bother me in my opinion i know its not the healthiest for dogs, but i feed cooked rice to mine.

Agreed. Personally for me, I stick with the big 5 because of the DCM risk but I get that others don’t like those and feed the boutique brands and stuff which is fine and their personal choice. But I just know for me, I used to do all that and feed all those and I will never go back now. I’ve read too many stories of dogs dying or almost dying etc. But that’s just me and personal choice. I don’t judge anybody for what they choose to feed their own dogs.

Agreed. Personally for me, I stick with the big 5 because of the DCM risk but I get that others don’t like those and feed the boutique brands and stuff which is fine and their personal choice. But I just know for me, I used to do all that and feed all those and I will never go back now. I’ve read too many stories of dogs dying or almost dying etc. But that’s just me and personal choice. I don’t judge anybody for what they choose to feed their own dogs.

Glad it’s not just me hahah I don’t judge anybody but yet so many people that feed the boutique stuff seem to judge people that feed the big 5 saying it’s all crap and garbage and the McDonald’s of dog food and we’re killing our dogs, etc. etc. and I hate that. It’s so annoying and upsetting and exhausting LOL it’s why I rarely tell anybody what I feed anymore except a select few places LOL

I don't often share what I feed either. People do judge unfortunately. I can afford to feed whatever I wish. I choose to feed what I do because of the results I've seen, and not because it's so affordable, but that is an added advantage.

EXACTLY!!!! Same here. Well, sort of. I can’t really afford to feed like the $100+ bags of dog food or whatever but I could afford the $50-$60 ones etc. but I choose not to cause what I feed works really well for us.

I go by ingredients and what i can afford. Im more than happy with the food im feeding now. Its not top five but its also not very common anywhere besides Canada.
